Class approval process and steps after class submission
Once you submit your class our team will review the class to make sure it meets our guidelines. The status of your class at this time will be "Submitted". We review classes in the order they are received.
Class reviews may take 2 weeks or longer at times as we do not auto-approve classes. Our team looks at every minute of the video and each of the supplementary material submitted.
Once the class is reviewed the status will change to one of the following:
Approved-for-Publishing: The class has been approved and is set to go live. At this point, our quality team will evaluate the class an assign it appropriate categories, etc. We make classes live in batches. This step can take 1-2 weeks. The status of the class will change to "Approved". There is nothing else needed from the instructors' side at this point in time.
Revision-Required: Your class needs changes before it can be approved. Press "Edit" and you will be able to see the review comments next to each lesson and section that needs changes. Please make the necessary changes and resolve each of the issues mentioned. Then, submit your class for approval.
On-Hold: We may place classes in certain non-English languages on hold as our multi-lingual platform will be launching at a later date.
Once the class status changes to "Approved", our team will include the class in our next catalog update. Catalog updates typically happen every month end.
Our updated catalog goes out to our clients every 6-8 weeks. Clients pick and choose the courses or courses categories for updates based on their interest.
Once your course is selected by customers, you will see data on time spent and earnings appear under your account.
